Add users |
You can add users to  by right clicking on the all Users node: |

| ..and selecting 'New User'. You should then see the following screen: |

| Each time you enter a username and press 'Save' the user is added into the application. If the username already exists you will see: |

| You will see that the Status line now has some scroll arrows, since the message is too large to sit into the small window. Use the down arrow to see the rest of the message. |
| Add all the users you want to be able to use this application, then press 'Done' to close the add user box. |

| Users are added into the list in alphabetical order (NB. upper case letters are listed first : eg Dave, Mary, david, marion). |
| Each user icon has a red cross against it. This signifies that the user is not active and therefore is not able to use this application yet. |
| To change a username at any time got to Change Username. |
| Now all the users have been added go to Configure the Users General Settings. |
