Configure the incoming email file |
| Please note that if you have set the 'Default Incoming Mail' file when you configured the general settings you can skip this step. |
| Otherwise, select the + sign to the left of the username, if the tree is not already expanded, then click the 'Incoming Email' node and you will be presented with the following screen: |

| Press the 'Edit...' button and you will be presented with the following screen: |

| Locate the directory that you want the file to be in by double clicking on it. Then either find the file that you want to use as the user incoming email file or enter a new file name in the 'File name' box. |
| Then press 'Open'. |
| Go to Configure Outgoing Email File. |
