Configure the user's general settings |
| Select the username which needs to be configured and you will be presented with the following screen: |

| Enter the following information: |
| 1. Enter the user's first name. |
| 2. Enter the user's middle initial, if any. |
| 3. Enter the user's last name. |
| 4. Enter the user's full name. |
| 5. Enter the user's password. |
| 6. Verify the user's password by entering it again. |
| 7. If you want the user to be able to change their password then select the "User Can Change Password" check box. |
| 8. Enter the default Email address that all Email responses for this user will be mailed to. |
| 9. If you want the user to be able to Email responses to any email address then select the "Allow User To Change Default Target Email" check box. |
| 10. Press Save. |
| If you have omitted and mandatory fields the Status bar will turn red and tell you what is missing. |
| Now go to Configure User's Address. |
